This shirt is made using heat pressed vinyl. Please use care when washing and cleaning your shirt. Wash with cold or warm water and use mild detergent. Hot water can weaken the vinyl's adhesive causing it to crack or peel over time. Wash inside out. This protects the vinyl from abrasion during washing. Tumble dry low or normal heat or Hang dry.
DO NOT Dry clean and DO NOT IRON directly on the vinyl.

Indicate if you want GXG Barbell logo and Grit X Grind Crossfit words on the front or words on the front only. Indicate color you want the words and logo be. (ex. red on black, white on red, etc.)
